A snorkelling trip out to the Sea Lion Colony is not only a must when visiting La Paz but an unforgetable experience for anyone and everyone! A mask snorkel and fins  are all you need.

Embark on one of the most memorable days of your life!

Depart from our dock at 8:30 am and head to Los Islotes, a group of small islands at the north of Espiritu Santo Island, year round home to a colony of over 350 curious Californian brown Sea Lions!

The pups are playful and great fun to swim with! You will see big schools of fish, reef fish, rays and more…!

The site is home over 4000 different marine species, with occasional visits from larger marine mammals such as Dolphins and Whales.

Then you can head for the beach on Isla Partida, for lunch. Collect shells, laze about or snorkel the parameters of the beach.

The trip cost $87 US + 11% local Tax

Includes all equipment, sandwich or burritos, water, soft drinks, fruit, chips & Cookies.

The Cortez Club does not allow the collection of live marine species. Any shells collected must not contain any living species.

 

National Park Permit Fee is required by law per person and cost $5 USD per day, paid to:
The Comision Nacional de Areas Naturals Protegidas (The National Commission of Natural Area Protection)
